Turning
Our CNC turning center with active tools allows us not only to turn but also to mill parts in a single setup. This ensures higher precision, shorter production times, and efficient machining of complex parts from various materials. We also have conventional lathes, allowing us to quickly and flexibly handle single and urgent orders, or modify parts without long setup times.

Milling
CNC milling ensures high precision and quality, allowing us to quickly and efficiently implement complex projects. Using CNC technologies, we can accurately and efficiently machine various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, and plastics. This allows us to offer a wide range of services and meet the needs of various industries and individual clients.

Wire EDM
Wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) allows us to achieve extremely high precision and extract complex, precise shapes even from hard and difficult-to-machine metals. This technology is particularly suitable when highly accurate contours, fine details, and flawless geometry are required. We ensure stable dimensional accuracy and high surface quality even in the most complex projects where traditional machining methods are ineffective.

Heat Treatment & Grinding
We perform metal heat treatment, which gives parts improved mechanical properties – greater hardness, wear resistance, and longer service life. After heat treatment, we carry out precision grinding of parts, ensuring required dimensions, geometric accuracy, and high surface quality. This comprehensive process allows us to produce reliable, long-lasting, and precise metal parts that meet high operational requirements.

Anodizing
For aluminum parts, we perform anodizing – a surface treatment process that increases resistance to corrosion, wear, and improves aesthetic appearance. We can also coat parts in various colors, providing additional protection and the desired finish.

Polyurethane Casting & Coating
We perform polyurethane coating of parts and casting of new polyurethane products. We manufacture and refurbish various industrial components – wheels, rollers, and other parts resistant to wear and heavy loads. Our advantage – we manufacture the required casting molds ourselves using CNC machines and carry out the entire production process from mold preparation to the final product. This allows us to flexibly implement custom orders and ensure high product quality.
We manufacture not only according to drawings but also according to provided samples – we can recreate the necessary parts or improve existing solutions. By using reliable subcontractors, we can offer a full manufacturing process: from mechanical machining to welding, painting, anodizing, and other surface treatments. CNC machining tolerances are selected according to drawings, material, and functional requirements of the part. In standard production processes, we ensure accuracy of ±0.01–0.05 mm. For higher precision requirements, precision machining methods and enhanced inspection procedures are applied to ensure full compliance with technical documentation.
Data security is one of our top priorities. All CAD files provided by clients are encrypted and stored on secure server infrastructure with restricted access. We operate under confidentiality agreements (NDA) and ensure that all technical information is used exclusively for manufacturing purposes.
For the fastest and most accurate quotation, we prefer 3D models in .STEP or .IGES formats. Please also include a .PDF or 2D .DXF drawing indicating critical tolerances, threaded holes, and surface finish requirements.
